Up Front Information

• Fees: We will work by the project or by the hour. Contact us for hourly rates and project quotes.
   
• Deposit: To retain our services, an up-front deposit of one-third of the total project cost will be charged to new clients and for jobs over $2000. There is no charge to obtain a quote.
   
• Rush Jobs: Additional "rush fees" of at least 25% of total project cost will be charged for jobs with deadlines of 48 hours or less, and at least 50% for jobs assigned on Thursday or Friday for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday.
   
• Killed Projects: If project is killed for any reason after the project is completed, Digital Ink Studio is entitled to full payment of agreed-upon fee. If project is killed before completion, Digital Ink Studio is entitled to full payment of all hours invested up to that point.
   
• Revisions: Two rounds of revision are included in a project quote. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate. Projects that are significantly revamped will be subject to a new quote, and current hours invested will be charged.
